SFuels Nutra LLC - 30-Day Wellness Promise
At SFuels Nutra LLC, we stand by the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 30-Day Wellness Promise from the date of delivery. This policy applies to all sealed, unopened, and some opened products from your most recent order that are returned to our warehouse and pass inspection.
How to Request a Return

Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Experience Support Center at 1 (888) 337-6375, available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time. A Customer Experience Specialist will assist you with the return process.

Package Your Return: After receiving return authorization, package the product in its original packaging, along with the original packing slip (sent via email). If the packing slip is unavailable, please include a slip of paper with your full name, shipping address, and order number.

Return Eligibility

Unopened Products: Sealed, unopened products qualify for a full refund.

Opened Products: For opened or used products, each unit of a different product or flavor qualifies for a full refund. If you are returning multiple opened units of the same product or flavor, only one will be eligible for a full refund.
Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return postage and the cost of the return shipping label are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Authorization. Items returned without authorization, including refused deliveries, cannot be guaranteed tracking back to our warehouse.
Shipping Delays
Returns due to delayed shipping by third parties (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) are not accepted, except for orders exceeding the 30-day processing time set by FTC guidelines without customer notification. See FTC Guidelines for more information.
Replacement and Refund Policy
Any replacement or refund does not imply concession by SFuels Nutra LLC. We reserve the right to investigate potentially unfounded or fraudulent claims and to approve or deny refund requests for any product, or if any return pattern is deemed excessive.
